Am I Worthy?

How many people talk to God and say "I'm not worthy?" You know they are right, BUT because of the ultimate sacrifice Jesus made on the cross. We are worthy, and we should thank Him everyday for it. We are worthy in the sight of God because we can come to the Father in Jesus name, asking for what we want.

When people make the statement "We are not worthy" if they are trying to show humility, that is not what they are doing. They are saying what Christ did on the cross was not a worthy sacrifice. Jesus would not have suffered and died for us if nothing was to be gained. He died to make us WORTHY, through His perfect sacrifice. What you need to realize is, Jesus would have still died on the cross even if their was just one person in the world to save. His love, and mercy knows no bounds.

He was has done His part, now we must do ours. We must confess that we are sinners, and ask Jesus into our lives and accept Him as our Lord and Savior.

Stop saying "I am not worthy," because as long as you say "I" you will never be worthy. When you say through Jesus' sacrifice and salvation I AM WORTHY. You truly are.
